Rudy Demo, Javad K. Heshmati, Patrick Allaert, Sina K. Heshmati, Nicolas Deturck, Jean-François Brison As a small company, our business is based on the work and experiences of our team members. RDE Rudy Demo is a co-founder and Managing Director of Dixite since its founding in March 1999. Prior to this position, he served as the Internet Department Manager at Atos Origin Belgium. He also spent several years in both engineering and project management roles with Logica Belgium where he provided consultancy for some key clients including DHL, European Commission and EuroControl. Rudy holds a M.S. degree in Computer Science.

JHE Javad Heshmati is a co-founder and the lead software architect at Dixite. Over the past decade, Javad has consulted for over 10 companies and organizations, including SWIFT, ING Bank and European Commission. Prior to joining Dixite, he worked for several companies including Atos Origin and European Investor where he helped implementing mission critical applications. Javad Holds both B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science and Software Engineering.

SHE Sina Heshmati has been with Dixite since late 2002 and currently leads Dixite projects in markup area with a focus on XML. Sina is perhaps best known as "SinDoc" and has participated in several open source projects including SilkPage and URFM. He is responsible for the latest Dixite website makeover in which he crafted the site using SilkPage. In addition to his activities at Dixite, Sina is a Computer Science student at the Free University of Brussels.

PAL Patrick Allaert joined Dixite in Jun 2005. He is a certified PHP developer and brings to Dixite more than four years of professional experience in PHP and web development. At Dixite, he leads our LAMP based projects. Before joining Dixite, he worked at Belgacom where he developed web based applications. Patrick is a graduate in computer science.

CDE Constantin Deaconescu is a freelance Art Director and designer who has been working with Dixite since Jun 2005. He is passionate about drawing and the visual communication. Over the past few years, He's worked with a wide variety of organizations, including European Parliament, NATO, the EPP-ED Group.

NDE Nicolas Deturck is a freelance Art Director who has been working with Dixite since 2000. For Dixite clients he has been creating stylistic web interfaces that manage to maintain a balance of usability and effective content presentation. Nicolas, has worked for some major companies and organizations, such as European Commission, Iconmedialab and EMAKINA.

JFB Jean-François Brison is a freelance System Engineer who has been working for Dixite since 2002. He is the Dixite guru in computer Networking and Operating Systems. Over the past few years he has worked for several international companies including Nestle and Iconmedialab.
