Business Challenge

Guide des Ministeres is the company owning the rights upon and distributing the famous begian directory of federal, community and regional public services.

After Dixite developped the CD-ROM version of their guide, GDM planned to gain some an extra market share by deploying its services using the Internet media.

Technical Goals

analyse the feasibility of the e-business model;
propose a technical offer compatible with GDM budget and time constraints;
realise the development and the deployment on a professional platform.

Solutions Applied

Through various meetings with GDM team, Dixite realised a consultancy mission and issued a proposal for an e-business model to sell GDM services on-line.

Then GDM requested us to cost and realise the implementation of these services. Dixite has realised a full-scale Web Portal solution for GDM.
