Emakina is one of the leading e-business agency in Belgium.

Emakina was developping a set of marketing related activities from bannering campaigns, web building, etc. for Proximus.

In order to manage the flow of business demands from their customer, Emakina requested Dixite to adapt an Open Source groupware application.

  • ensure that Proximus would introduce its demands using a wizard dedicated to the project business;
  • allow Proximus to track down the demands status;
  • perform reporting on activity closure.
  • fully integrated solution with the egroupware package;
  • ensure the tool configuration via the egroupware configuration package;
  • rapid application development;

In order to ensure a professional development and nevertheless the strict time constraints, Dixite developed the solution using eXtreme programming techniques. A few releases of the package were released until the final acceptance by the customer.
