While working on the three portal sites project, the management of CeRDT described to Dixite a number of misfunctioning of their network services used on their three sites(Charleroi, Mons and Tournai).

Dixite proposed to realise a consultancy mission in order to audit the various aspects of these services performance.

For this mission, Dixite had to ensure to:

have network infrastructure of the three sites delivering the expected professional services;
investigate contractual responsibilities of the various companies delivering services in order to highlight eventual lack of delivery, redundancies and possible cost cuttings;
propose technical solution allowing to improve the quality of services.

Dixite proposed to CeRDT a consultancy mission were we would:

analyse the contractual and technical documentation;
organise interviews with CeRDT key actors;
describe and analyse the current network infrastructure and services with their related providers;
highlight the services and technical weaknesses and propose a list of technical and orgnisational solutions.
