Business Challenge
Effectenbank Stroeve, member of RaboBank, is a leading capital merchant bank active on the Dutch stock exchange market.
The Stroeve bank business objectives were to provide a set of financial on-line services to their lead customers. In order to ensure that the software and hardware architecture would provide the highest possible security level, they requested the project leader company, IconMedialab to contract the services of an independant company.
Technical Goals
- collect information on the hardware and software architecture;
- analyse the architecture components under the security view;
- validate security organisational measures related to the on-line services;
- realise a report acknowledging the architecture, highlighting potentials threats and describing potentials technical and organisational counter-measures.
Solutions Applied
Dixite consultants provided Security services in association with Icon Medialab and TIBCO engineers in order to validate the security of the designed architecture and provide detailed security recommendation to the client which covered all the hardware components as well as software tools and utilities.
